US-Japan Council | Finding Mindful Solace During a Torrid Covid Storm

On January 14, 2021, I was pleased to speak to members of the US-Japan Council on the mental health and spiritual challenges presented by the COVID-19 global pandemic—and strategies for still staying calm, strong, and grounded despite the chaos.

This event was led by USJC’s O-40 committee, and included participants from California, Hawaiʻi, and Japan.
